"The driver was 15 minutes late on our departure to the airport and half an hour late on our return. He had excuses both times. He said ours was the first job he’s had since lock down so clearly it wasn’t because they were busy. The driver wouldn’t answer his phone so communication was a problem. If only people were honest about how late they were going to be it would make everyone’s life so much easier as not communicating just winds everyone up. The vehicle was clean and comfortable."

"Not a good service at all. Never confirmed my booking. I had to phone them to get a confirmation. Also my trip was cancelled due to the covid 19 emailed to get my money back and as of yet haven’t had a reply and no money has been returned."

"Unfortunately we were unable to travel with the company due to COVID 19. I was disappointed that we did not receive our refund back or be given a credit not especially given the extremely unusual circumstances. Out of everyone company booked for the weekend they are the only ones that refused. In fact when I asked re the refund the person laughed and said no which I found rude"

"The driver was very accommodating! Let us play our own music and was happy to take pictures. He had lots of patience with our rather worse for wear group haha. Reasonably priced. Will definitely use again in future!"

"Journey all good, we did have to change minibus on journey into London,but after this we arrived in good time for our event. Driver courteous and friendly even though we were late getting back to minibus at the end of the evening. Minibus was for party of 16 although there was only 8 of us which was great, very clean and tidy and overall would recommend Sarwer Travel limited"
