More than a year ago

"Not a good service at all. Never confirmed my booking. I had to phone them to get a confirmation. Also my trip was cancelled due to the covid 19 emailed to get my money back and as of yet haven’t had a reply and no money has been returned."

"My wife booked two vehicles through Sawer Travel Limited. The agreed arrangement was that on day one, my wife’s family would be picked up from Luton Airport and transported to our house in the 20 seater minibus. We would all then be transported to Southampton cruise terminal in the same 20 seater minibus.  Then on return, We would all be transported from Southampton cruise terminal back to our house in either the 20 or 16 seater minibus. Then later the same day either the 20 or 16 seater minibus would return to pick up and transport my wife’s family back to Luton airport.  Everything was fine until the last part of the journey. The vehicle that turned up was a basic 6 seater van with fold-down seating, and barely enough space for the 5 people and all of their luggage. My wife’s family had to ride with their luggage cramped around their legs and on their laps. The following link is the image of the man who showed up driving the last vehicle. Later, when questioned over the phone, Mr. Sarwar blamed my wife for this change, interrupting her repeatedly and talking over her telling her that this was her mistake. He then hung the phone up on her.  I called Mr. Sarwar back to try to talk with him calmly and professionally. Mr. Sarwar repeated the same attitude with me, telling me that this was somehow my wife’s doing. I explained to him that I was looking right at all of the correspondence emails and agreement between him and my wife, and that at no point was there any discussion regarding changing vehicles from what was already agreed.  My Sarwar proceeded to tell me that there was nothing he would be willing to do. He explained that he had already given us the best deal on the market, which was not the case at all. I explained to him that we booked an experience for my wife’s family, and that is what we paid for. I asked if he would at least be willing to give a partial refund. Mr. Sarwar said no and hung up on me. Let down and dissappointed. Never again."

"This booking was made by his wife from Luton Airport to Southampton via picking his family from Arrow and return drop them back in his house in Arrow. Later on they asked for 6 people drop back in Luton in the evening and I gave them price for 6 seats minibus and sent that minibus. Now they want to be clever and wanted refund all money including the trip for early morning we done. They threaten me to give bad review. I am 100% sure they are not telling truth. I have right to take them court but I reserved my right."

"Firstly, I would start with the positives. The Vehicle was immaculate and on time to pick up the party of people. The driving their was erratic and made a number of the travellers uneasy. We arrived at our destination early. However, having used a coach comparison website, we had expected an invoice and to be able to transfer or pay by credit card for this. Instead we were phoned repeatedly to pay by cash or bank transfer for no further explicable reason. The coach did return to pick us up, slightly but understandably with traffic. We had travelled a guest lighter than planned and when collected asked if a guest could be dropped in the nearby town. 0.5 miles from collection point on the way back. However, having agreed this halfway there he changed direction and carried on further away from agreed drop-off. Eventually after a disagreement, he opened the door and insisted the guest walk from there. Further away! We were very disgruntled with how unhelpful and argumentative the driver chose to be. Maybe this was an unfortunate outcome and people have had better experiences, but we would not book again."

"We have clearly mentioned you have to pay by electronic Bank Transfer or cash on pick because we do not keep credit card details. The actual problem the customer wanted extra drop off that was not included in the plan and the driver can not do because of driver hour regulation"

"The vehicle wasn’t the one I requested, the door had to be tied on as it wouldn’t shut properly, the driver was quite rude and we ended up having a different minibus for the journey home"

"The vehicle we sent was Mercedes new one executive. They drink in vehicle and it was spillaged everywhere in the vehicle I asked for the money because we have to take before the journey starts but they did not pay me. They played the music via Bluetooth and enjoyed on leather seats with party lightening inside. At the end of journey they gave me money but when I counted it was less as we agreed. I could not send this vehicle because it was completely ruined by them and I found no one to clean it up because all the jet washed was closed in the evening. Then I sent another Mercedes vip vehicle for them but the driver told that they came out after one hour their and they also ruined his vehicle and he has to clean it up because he has to pick up other customer. He was also worried about their behaviour"
