"I found Sarwer Travel via coach hire comparison and they quoted by far the lowest cost to transport 10 golfers to and from Heathrow Airport. I dealt with Nafees and I must say that communication between us was a bit hit & miss and he was 15 mins late to pick us up for the journey to LHR. (Hence 4 stars). Once we were on our way we were happy that the bus was comfortable and clean and we arrived with plenty of time. The return trip was much better in terms of communication and our driver arrived in plenty of time to collect us so we had no waiting around at all (in fact he had to wait for us for quite a while whilst we dealt with British Airways who lost 3 of our golf bags!) All in all I would use Sarwer Travel for our next trip and I have already recommended them to other golfing groups."

"Driver was punctual polite and helpful The vehicle was very clean . However there was quite a few of the passengers who complained about the tightness of the seatbelts which made the journey quite uncomfortable.. they also felt the suspension was not right as it was an extremely bumpy journey. The booking process was very simple"

"The vehicle we had was clean and comfortable. There was also the facility to connect our phones to the vehicle so we could play music - which as a hen group we loved! The only thing we didn't find the driver overly helpful as we all put our luggage in and when we arrived to our destination he didn't get out of the vehicle to assist us either. Apart from that, I would definitely recommend Sarwer Travel to others."

"It is not driver duty to put your luggage in the boot if someone is old then it is his moral duty to help them.You all were young and hand luggage weight was not more then 7 kg and he opened for you boot and you all put your luggage inside."

"Good communication leading up to date, text messaging to confirm driver etc and responded to my questions well. Driver arrived promptly and was safe in passaging us to and fro, was fine with us amending collection to earlier. The only thing I disagreed with was that he tried to enforce an extra charge for bringing food and drink onto the bus. I had advised from the beginning that this was a requirement of booking but no extra charges were advised at any point. Suggestions for improvement would be to send in post terms and conditions of hire (Inc supplement and extra charges costs as mentioned above) along with a formal confirmation and receipt of payment (as nothing was ever received in the post). I would use this company again though as their prices were the best in the area."

"The driver was polite and friendly and tried to accommodate my request for a microphone on the evening. The Vehicle was smart and clean...my only feedback is that the seatbelts may need looking at. They were extremely stiff and difficult to get out of, and with a coach of children this meant a lot of adults having to help the kids. The value was great and the driver was there on time both there and on the return. Many thanks!"
