"The driver was 15 minutes late on our departure to the airport and half an hour late on our return. He had excuses both times. He said ours was the first job he’s had since lock down so clearly it wasn’t because they were busy. The driver wouldn’t answer his phone so communication was a problem. If only people were honest about how late they were going to be it would make everyone’s life so much easier as not communicating just winds everyone up. The vehicle was clean and comfortable."

"Coach clean and comfortable, drivers smart though their English was difficult to understand. Coach was on time and carefully driven. We wanted 2 extra pick ups close to the original pick up point and were charged and extra £40 which I was not expecting and which I thought excessive. I have never been charges for this before it should be made clear when booking."
