"Journey go smoothly. Keep tracking our flight by the coach company and it was delayed three hours but they done it. The driver was very king and helpful. The vehicle was clean and comfortable and was wonderful"

"The company put no effort into engaging me before the trip - which meant we incurred an extra charge for drinking on the coach, but worse was they didnt have my flight number (despite me giving it to them 3 times), didnt make it clear where we was meeting and that we only had 10 mins to pick up before extra charges kicked in. This lead to threatening phone calls from the boss saying he was going to cancel the booking."

"We whatsApp many times for flight number but you did not reply our driver waited for you one hour extra outside the airport and at last you called him and he came inside to pick up point everyone knows the pick up and drop up point because there is only one. Our driver told you in advance that when you are ready then call me inside because airport parking administration charge £1 per minute after 10 minutes waiting time allowed When driver came inside half of your people came inside the vehicle and half people did not come and you have to wait for them. The airport authority charged you because of your mistake and it is not our fault if you are not ready you should not call us inside airport our driver can wait outside."

"Excellent in every way driver was very helpful in both trips loaded luggage for us on both trips Kept up to date with drivers numbers so we could contact them Made travelling with 9 people including one small child very stress free The price was extremely competitive over half of most other quotes Will definitely be using again"

"I cannot recommend Sarwer Travel and particularly Nafeer enough. Our journey from booking to travelling was seemless and made even more enjoyable by Nafeers polite and kind manor at all times - he was also dressed so smartly and was so professional, and honestly cannot do enough to make your journey the best. He turned up with extra time so he could load the mini bus with all our belongings and even came early on the pick up time as we request him too. The mini bus is spotlessly clean and modern - so you really feel like you're travelling in style. His driving is great and not at any point did we feel unsafe. Thanks Nafeer and Sarwer Travel for making the journey the BEST! Hayley Smith"

"Everything went perfectly on the day, the driver was on time and very helpful and courteous. The coach was clean and comfortable and we will definitely use Sarwar Travel again. Based on our experience I would gladly recommend them to family and friends."

"The vehicle we had was clean and comfortable. There was also the facility to connect our phones to the vehicle so we could play music - which as a hen group we loved! The only thing we didn't find the driver overly helpful as we all put our luggage in and when we arrived to our destination he didn't get out of the vehicle to assist us either. Apart from that, I would definitely recommend Sarwer Travel to others."

"It is not driver duty to put your luggage in the boot if someone is old then it is his moral duty to help them.You all were young and hand luggage weight was not more then 7 kg and he opened for you boot and you all put your luggage inside."
