"The journey went well. We went to Southend on Sea. The driver was Asif and he had a clean appearance and was helpful, and the vehicle was clean and comfortable. I would use this company again. Jay is very friendly and was reassuring and helpful with the booking process."

"Its not every day i leave a review for a transport or hire company, I feel i must share my experience. From the outset the professionalism and the catered to each approach was simply outstanding! the booking process was smooth and simple with regular updates on planning of the day The vehicles were prestine and well equipped, the driver well presented and punctual If this is a snippet of whats to come this company has a big future in the midlands. "This is an extremely professional company that provides an excellent service, the coach driver kept communication regarding traffic issues and also adjusted pick-up times to suit our plans. The coach was lovely and spacious with a microphone to make announcements on, and the driver was extremely polite and even played some good music on the way home for us. I would highly recommend midland coaches. Definitely worth 5/5 stars"

"we had a coach to Barnsley with our muay thai fighting team the coach was of a high standard very clean with toilet facilities tea coffee leather seats the driver arrived on time and was very friendly and accomdating having to make an unexpected trip to service station to pick up a passenger who had broken down this was no problem to the driver and we were very grateful we would definitely be using this coach service again and I highly recommend this company Thank you once again to midland coaches"

"booked this coach for a wedding trip, fantastic service to and from the journey, driver was very polite and courteous, good to talk to and got on with everyone. coach was very comfortable to say the least, clean and presentable with no nasty surprises. will definitely use this again"
