"5 out of 5 couldn't of asked for a better driver. Let me know what was going on in my journey with traffic and change route to make it quicker and he was very helpful the vehicle was clean and even let us keep car seats on the vehicle and other things if we needed. would 100% use the company again"

"Fantastic service, pick up was on time, driver was knowledgeable of the area and friendly. We requested to move the Pick-up time for the return journey from 9pm to 11pm, which Midland Coaches were happy to do, for no additional charge. At pick up time of 11, coach arrived at agreed location, and then proceeded to drive a further 30 minutes around Birmingham to collect passengers from the party who had got lost. This again incurred no additional charge. The driver on the return journey had to deal with 14 fairly inebriated individuals, which he did well, allowing us to sing (poorly) to every song that was on the 80s playlist that was on. Could not fault their service, and their price was unbeatable, being the cheapest of 11 coach companies that I received quotes from. Will definitely use this service again in future."

"Used Midland Coaches for a work social event, they were perfect. Genuinely was the best coach I have travelled on with leather recliner seats! The driver, Jay was great with no request being too much bother. He also took an alternative route on the way back due to heavy traffic on the M6. Highly recommended!"
