"Our experience with Midland Coaches was excellent. Our driver was very prompt to pick us up. Coach was immaculately clean and very comfortable. And on the return journey our mini bus was waiting at our agreed pick up point. I will deffinately be using them again and would highly recommend them to anyone else."

"The vehicle supplied was not from midland coaches. The interior had not been cleaned out and had rubbish on the floor It would have been useful if the coach had an additional step on board due to the height of the step in. The driver was OK and helpful unfortunately he had not been up dated with the pick up point. He also had not been informed of our Itinerary, he was unaware about stop on way home he was told it was a straight forward journey there and back. Fortunately the driver was flexible with our arrangements."

"Thank you Midland Coaches for your services. The journey was great from start to finish. Pick-up - Driver there on time Going - Driver ( lovely bloke ) got us there ahead of schedule Return - Again ahead of schedule Coach - Clean, tidy and equipped as requested Midland Coaches, see you next year for what looks like being an annual event"

"Mr Butt arrived on time, drove exceptionally, took me and friends to the horse races, found an excellent place to drop us off, despite difficult traffic conditions. On return Mr Butt was exactly where he told us to meet. Again, the drive home was very good. We would definitely use Midland coaches again."

"Trip was just perfect. Driver arrived early, even before the time, he was extremely kind and professional. We got Oxford at the perfect time, within a short distance of a few minutes walking to the place we had to meet our guides, and he even was ready to take us back to Birmingham at the time we needed. Bus was comfortable and clean. Also, the booking process was easy and we got all help we could expect from the contact person. Thanks a lot for everything!"
