"The journey to the airport was great. Driver was friendly and efficient. The return journey was not as good. The driver had been smoking in the van, he called and asked us to walk to a hotel, where he incurred a fine. He then drove like a maniac all the way home. We booked 2 drop offs and he said that he only had 1 drop off even though i have the booking confirmation with an additional drop off. The drop off was 1 mile away."

"We booked with you for a trip to woking on 21st june and return on 23rd Jume. The driver on the way there was half an hour late for the journey. On the way back it was an absolute joke. You sent a minibus with no room for storage to store 16 cases. Luckily some other friends drove and were able to take some while others had to sit with suitcases on our laps for a 3 hour journey as there was no room. We do alot trips yearly and this was by far the worst we have ever had."
