"Shambolic. Third time in a fortnight the 530 Cartmel -Kendal service has been cancelled. No notice or info. Had to ring the office, but usually closed on Saturday."

"On 2 December I bought two £2.00 fares from Settle to Gargrave and was issued tickets to the value of £2.00 each. On checking my bank statement on 9 December I noted we'd been charged £8.10. I phoned the company and was told the over payment would be paid back to our account w/c 11 December. It wasn't. I phoned to chase on the 15 and 20 December and Annette said she'd make the payment. That didn't happen. Since Christmas I've sent two emails chasing this but haven't even received an acknowledgement. It may only be £4.10 that we were overcharged but it's the principle of the matter and the fact we've been told three times we'd be reimbursed. Would the company allow us to travel for free or accept that we'd pay at sometime when we could be bothered, I think not. They have our bank details so how difficult is it to refund us?"

"Several of us waited at Knott End for the 11.45 Lancaster bus in bitterly cold weather today Friday 29/12/23. When we rang at 12.00 we were told the service was using Sat. Timetable and we would have to wait another 15 mins. After waiting in the cold half an hour the bus finally arrived. Nowhere was it time-tabled as Sat hours. Disgusting service for its passengers. This was the first time I had used this company but won't hurry to use again."

"Waiting at skipton bus station for the 08.50 bus to settle then Ingleton there was 2 of us waiting, the bus was parked in the corner of the station the departure time passed then approx 8.55 the bus started up and moving then to our disbelief drove straight out of the station not coming to the stand, the other guy started running but I think he didn't catch it looking at the timetable the09. 45 only goes to Malham on a Saturday I ended up getting a train to settle where my wife came to pick me up absolutely appalling service."

"Driver didn’t know the name of the next stop (Cowan Bridge).when I asked for a ticket.” I don’t know where that is” he said. 12:45 07/12/23 Driver was No help was so ever . Cannot answer the question about the cleanliness of the bus as I was unsure if I had tried to get in the wrong bus even when it had 581 on the front. I made alternate arrangements for travel that was more reliable."

"The 1625 from Grange to Cartmel did not stop at Mai Street opposite the Victoria Hall. Luca, the driver who was driving this particular route was foreign and obviously did not hear the bell when I had pressed it to indicate that I wanted to alight at Victoria Hall. A very poor service in Grange."

"Yet another bus that ran early or not at all. Waited 1623-1650 for the 1640 530 from Cark to Cartmel. Should have walked."

"Once again park and ride doesn’t turn up at peak time 40 mins late again so sad you are affecting people’s lives sadly won’t be using again people are getting really fed up with this and no one seems to care what a shame please get a different company to run it"
