"The whole experience with Jackie's was a delight. The driver, Michael was lovely, helpful and the drive was comfortable. The coach was great. I will use them all of the time. Thank you."

"The driver was falling asleep while driving the coach. He said he was struggling because of the heat and he had been on the road since 8am (it was 3: 30pm when he began to fall asleep). I tried to call the Jackie's Coaches, but no one answered. I left a voicemail and no one called me back. Luckily the passengers made it to their destination alive, but they had to intervene and get the driver to pull over, rest and drink coffee/energy drinks. He started to fall asleep again after the first rest stop, so they had to get him to pull over for a second time. I'm not impressed that the driver was falling asleep on the road, and after something as serious as that, the company couldn't even be bothered to call me back."

"Fantastic service, our driver Steve was on time for pick up and collection. The group of 12 of us changed our collection point on the day with no issues at all."

"Driver turned up early ready for a departure on time. Friendly driver, allowed music. Driver stayed at the destination until returning our group"

"The driver was rude and appeared openly frustrated about the number of passengers, although it was made clear that the bus would be at full capacity when booking. He also made those directly behind him wear masks, which was not stipulated also on booking."

"Prompt for pick up, very kind and helpful. Went slightly the wrong way when leaving Swindon but soon turned around and went the right way. Sticking to a lane on roundabout wasn't the greatest and I did worry a few times that we may be hit by other vechiles. The minibus was very clean and comfortable."
