"Driver arrived at location on time and communicated this but the Driver was also extremely miserable for both parts of our journey. Drove dangerously close to other cars on the motorway which made us feel on edge. The vehicle was clean and presentable but overall we felt the drivers negative attitude let the service down"

"The driver came late and we had to call the coach company several times to confirm where he was. I understand coming in to central London is difficult but we had no update from anyone as we had to be the ones to call. The bus sent to us was not tracked - not helpful as we had parents who were waiting to see their children off. The return journey - no air con and the temperature was 29 degrees. Children and accompanying adults were very uncomfortable. Unfortunately not keen to use again."
