More than a year ago

"The driver was rude and appeared openly frustrated about the number of passengers, although it was made clear that the bus would be at full capacity when booking. He also made those directly behind him wear masks, which was not stipulated also on booking."

"Hi Megan Thank you for your feedback. We will be having the driver in question in for a full review on his manner. Apologies"

An operator can run any size vehicle but must remain within Great Britain and not outside of this boundary.

An operator can run any size vehicle and travel abroad as well as inside Great Britain.

An operator can run up to two 16 seat vehicles under a Restricted Operator Licence.
