"The vehicle contents listed on the advert were not on the actual vehicle that arrived. This included the below which was listed but was actually not there... - Curtains - DVD Player - Laptop Powerpoints - USB Charging Points Apart from the above not being available, the driver was really friendly."

"I knew nothing about Castle coaches when I booked through a comparison website and to be fair could not find much feedback online. The driver was about 10 mins late picking us up but had been in touch to say he was running a little late. We were travelling to the cricket at Edgbaston and traffic was very heavy, the driver took some side streets which saved us time. Thanks for that. Going to a live sporting event you can never be sure exactly what time you will finish, the driver gave me his mobile so we could call him once we were ready, again a plus point."

"Although communication before the journey could have been more customer focused and professional, the journey itself was fine on the day. Although the driver was a little late arriving, he was polite and we had plenty of time, so he also agreed to a comfort stop along the way. The vehicle was an old minibus and we were packed in tightly with all our luggage, which along with the blacked out windows obscured the view of of the window somewhat. Apart from that, the drive was reasonably comfortable and we arrived safely and on time."

"price of hire was very competitive minibus arrived within 5 mins of time stated and were clean and tidy, my only criticism would be that they are not liveried so if there was a lot of coaches waiting you would not know it was them but this would not stop me from recommending them"
