"Picked us up 30 mins later than the originally agreed time, the driver afterwards refused to drop us home to where we had gone and instead dropped us at a train station on a bank holiday Sunday evening with no way to get home. The driver was rude, and unprofessional. We specified before the day we would like to be able to drink on the coach and he tried to charge us."
Would they recommend: No

"Hi Faye, I would’ve expected this review for the way you and your group had behaved on the journey. You failed to pay for being sick several times in the vehicle and also the police had to be called to remove your group who were being violent towards the driver. We have passed on Cctv to the police who will deal with damaging the vehicle and failing to pay the fine."

"The minibus did not turn up. I spoke to the company the night before and was told everything was fine and they would be there as promised. I called 16 times after waiting over an hour not one call was answered I also tx and emailed. Because they did not turn up my hen party missed the event that we had all booked and paid for. Overall this company is a total RIP off DO NOT USE THEM."

"The vehicle which was assigned for the booking did not start and at 5am it left me no option to cancel and I had sent email as I didn’t phone because it was so early. I refunded customers initial deposit without hesitation and offered to continue with the return journey. Unfortunately in transport there can be delays/cancellations at short notice. It is not something we have control over but we do try our best to arrange alternative before we cancel."

"We booked a coach to take 7 people to the airport for a flight. We asked to coach to arrive at 4am. At 4.15am they called to say that the driver was "delayed by a previous job" and would be 45 mintues late. I told them we were not prepared to take the risk and that we would drive. This meant we had to park two vehicles at full rates at the airport. The owner argued with us, asking us to take the risk and saying he was an experienced traveller and it would be fine. He also said we should have checked in online (impossible actually on Primera who don't offer this at BHX). We would have missed the flight had we followed his advice as there was just enough time. He then said he still had a contract to bring us back. Since then he has failed to reply to our emails, texts and calls asking for our deposit back. The matter remains unresolved. This company should be removed from your website. I have since seen reviews indicating that this is not the first time this has happened to people. I will take them to court to get my deposit back, if only on principle. This company is not to be trusted."

"Due to a delay from a booking prior to mr weir, the driver was going to be late and I notified customer of the arrival time. Customer did not allow any additional time for the journey in case of unforeseen circumstances. Minibus was booked for 4am and the flight was for 7am. The journey was 1 hour. Mr weir decided to drive up and I offered to return the deposit and pay for any additional parking charges. Mr weir has tried to contact me when he was abroad but I have not received any emails or text messages. I awaited for Mr Weir to contact me on his return, as I needed bank account details and the deposit was returned on the same day."

"Awful company - do not use turned up an hour and a half late, coach was filthy, driver was smoking and on the mobile whilst driving. When they picked us up also late, they refused to leave the venue until we had paid all the money upfront. Didn't think it was reasonable to us to pay 10% less due to the bad timekeeping. Please AVOID! AVOID! AVOID! Good job it wasn't a flight we would have missed it"

"Firstly our driver was an hour late for the pick up, which then made up late for our event. Secondly we rang up 3 times to see where he was and to which he replied I'll be there in 10 minute everytime, no apologies Thirdly the transport was dirty throughout empty bottles all over the place food all over the seats and black dust everywhere. When we finally arrived at our destination there was nothing said about being late or why it had took so long for the driver to turn up Over all it was a really bad journey that we paid £75 for a 20 minute journey that we turned up late to!"

"The journey on the way up was fine, except for the condition of the mini bus, screws drilled in preventing the windows from falling off... The way back was awful, the mini bus driver clear forgot to pick us up.. We called once we arrived in Manchester Airport and he sounded paniced ans said he was 30 mins away, we call again 30 mins later he said he was 20 mins away this happended for over an hour and a half.... The same amount of time it took him to bring us back to our destination. I would like some compensation back for this! He didnt even appologise for being late.."
