More than a year ago
"The bus was 35 minutes late which almost meant we were unable to enter our venue. Despite the rest of the trip being pleasant this is unexcusable and to make it worse no apologies or compensation was offered. I also had to ring the driver to find out where he was as as I was not notified about the lateness. The journey was fine, the driver wasn’t very chatty. The return was also pleasant but was over shadowed by the punctuality."
