"The overall experience of the company was good, very prompt and no problems with timing etc. The bus was very hot and the air conditioning did not seem to work. I believe the driver had earphones in for some of the ride and so it was difficult to get his attention when asking him to put the air conditioning on etc, so this was quite unhelpful especially with people feeling sick in the coach due to the heat."

"Good afternoon,
Thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear that you wasn’t 100% satisfied with our service. We have investigated and checked. The aircon is fully working and was working on the vehicle. The driver should have his earphone on all the time when he is driving because that is the only way we can contact him if we need to. He wasn’t using his phone and he proved that he hasn’t had any phone calls during the transfers. If you are using our service in the future and you need the aircon on just please asked the driver to turn it on. For us is very important that our customers are happy and satisfied with our service."
