"The journey did not go well. The bus did not arrive at the agreed-upon time, which caused us significant complications, as we had a paid program at Bletchley Park. As a result, our teachers and 15 students had no choice but to take a train to avoid being late and missing the entire program. This unexpected change incurred additional costs that exceeded our budget for the trip. We are extremely disappointed with this experience."

"Our driver was late in picking us up in London. We were to be picked up at 8:30 and he arrived at 9:15. We had to contact him to see where he was. There was traffic, but a simple call to inform us would of been appropriate. We were to be picked up in Oxford at 8:00 pm as agreed on our contract and via the driver upon drop off. He did not arrive until 8:24, again only after we had to contact him to find out when he would arrive. The driver was agitated throughout the whole journey- and shared that he didn't want to be a diver any more. He drove aggressively, sped and used Facetime with his child while driving. We were not comfortable during the trip. He was irritated with us after the first drop off, because some of the children left rubbish on the bus. There were no trash bags available and we made sure to clean up the bus after our final drop off. We were very disappointed with the service, especially after we paid so much money for the trip. We have taken that trip several times before with other coach companies and have never had an experience like this. We will not be using this service again."

"Fab journey, bus driver Ali was very nice to us after just having been at a festival! Got us to the airport extremely efficiently and without any issues. Bus is very comfortable and clean."

"The journey went very well although we got to our destination late owing to traffic. The driver did all he could to get us there on time. Our driver was punctual, polite, helpfull, patient and well presented. The vehicle was clean and comfortable."
