"Bus driver on the 7.30am 89 bus to lancaster from knott end on the 21/10/22 was unbelievably rude and unprofessional, shouting at passengers more than once , particularly one experience where there was two women on the way to a domestic violence shelter , they didn’t have enough money and he was shouting and was extremely rude , they were clearly in distress and were in A hurry to get on the bus. When they got off they said they would report said driver. He then continued to yell and use foul language. He then later drove past them again and stopped the bus to yell more abuse ! ..to add : he also went a different route than normal .. missing out schoool pupils waiting at the usual stop , a student on the bus had to inform him to turn around. He was also rather rude to the pupils getting on saying that they’re not at the right stop and raising his voice. Made the journey extremely uncomfortable and was just horrible to witness."

"We hired a coach to take our party to & from the County Show perfect timing, very helpful and able driver. Was on Sefton Road Ramblers trip to Tegs Nose Country Park Andrew was an excellent driver. The club has used KL C for many years & found their drivers , coaches & service 1st class"

"This bus has great drivers who are helpful and friendly. The consistency of drivers makes journeys very pleasant. That's the positive, but why do we have a reduced service on Saturdays and an almost non exsistant service on Sundays? On Saturday 11th June after a day out, I was very tired and looking forward to my bus home. The bus could not leave Skipton bus station due to having a fault. Now these things happen but due to this the next bus would not be for 2 hours! Myself and another pensioner were stranded and in discomfort. I had no choice to get a taxi home, something I could ill afford to do. I invited the other lady but her destination was further than mine.. please consider a robust plan b for such future situations or even better employ an hourly service on Saturdays. I'm sure there would be plenty of passengers. The bus is usually busy. Finally it would be nice if I could be compensated re my taxi fare."

"I live on the no'89 bus route in pilling, it is every 90 mins which if you do not have a car that is a nightmare, at least every 60 mins would be more easier for people, if you have just missed one then waiting 60 mins would be a lot easier. There is no service at at all on a Sunday so you feel isolated and cut off completely, there isn't even a service on a bank holiday. They do not take into consideration people with no cars. That is poor judgement."

"I live on the 8 route in Lancaster and find your drivers superb. many times, the bus route is blocked in Sefton drive by thoughtless selfish drivers parking badly. I have complained in writing to the Loyne school head but they do not think there is a problem. Just take a few pictures in term time and outside term time and submit them to the school maybe anyway, don’t take anything away from your brilliant friendly drivers alan sattenstall 49 Sefton drive Lancaster"

"i stood and waited for the bus for half an hour and it didn't arrive. the bus was suppose to come at 14.15 on Monday from the sundial low bentham to the club at high Bentham and it never arrived. i tried ringing multiple times and no answer. disgraceful. Charlie"
