"On a recent school trip for 4 - 7 year olds we were held up for three hours due to a RTA and these are a few comments from staff about your driver, Derek. He was a 'superstar'; 'cool and calm'; 'really jolly'; 'joined in the singing', which for three hours could have been a trial for anyone! The staff really appreciated his helpful, friendly support at what could otherwise have been an ordeal, considering the young ages of the children and the length of time they were on the coach at the end of an already long day for them. Thank you."

Our coach arrived well before time and we were all safely aboard and on our way down a reasonably quiet M6 and then on to Arley Hall arriving in good time for our day out. Richard, our driver, was well turned out. He was courteous and ensured that everyone was safely helped off the coach. At the end of our day he carefully packed all our plant purchases in the luggage hold making sure they were all safely anchored so as not to slip during the journey. The coach was clean and comfortable and we had a smooth journey with an excellent driver. I always recommend Kirkby Lonsdale coaches to others planning a coach trip."
