"Extremely happy with the service. Our driver arrived well before the scheduled departure time and he was very friendly, helpful and courteous. The journey was very pleasant and the coach was clean with plenty of space. All in all an excellent journey from start to finish. Thanks for your service!"

"AVOID AT ALL COSTS- Cars are not road safe. The wheel came off the van mid journey enroute to the destination. Had to make our own way there for the remainder! sent a 16 seater to collect 22 of us post the event !The company was unwilling to resolve our complaint after the fact! I would AVOID AVOID AVOID"

"Good Afternoon,
I would first like to apologise for any inconvenience that this may have caused for you.
Firstly regarding our vehicles safety, we always make sure that our vehicles are safe to use by conducting a walk around check. The vehicle's tyre did not come off as there was a puncture in the tyre which had made the tyre flat so to ensure the customer's safety the driver had pulled over to a safe spot in order to contact the head office about this incident.
Secondly we did arrange a 22 seater for the pick up journey and due to technical issues with the vehicle which had occurred later on the day so for the return journey we arranged a 16 seater and an 8 seater van which had a total capacity off 24 seats.
We did want to resolve this matter with you via email but we could reach a justified conclusion with you.
I once again do apologise for all this mess that has happened but we did try our best to provide you with a satisfactory service and work around the challenges which had occurred throughout the day.
