More than a year ago
"We did not get the coach we booked. No air con on one of the hottest days of the year. Pick up back was an hour earlier than booked and was only told on the day. Coach was uncomfortable especially as we had been playing in a football tournament and there was no air con. Very disappointing service provided."

Operator replied on 3rd July 2019, 1:24pm:
"As explained to you numerous times the coach you had booked came back with an issue and was not able to be sent out, we explained the coach we would have to use and you was happy to still go ahead with the trip, UNTIL after . We are sorry for the weather but again have no control. The times were changed and changed again which led to some confusion but the driver would have stayed and i'm led to believe offered this. To help with the comfort of the trip due to the extreme weather we pulled into services half way both journeys."
