More than a year ago
"Both drivers were 20 minutes late on arrival and we weren’t given a drivers phone number so this was a big issue. The coach was clean and comfortable and we luckily still arrived on time. The drivers were nice but were not aware of where we were going or what time we were being picked up in the evening despite me having confirmed this with the company many times. Not too impressed with this."

Operator replied on 28th February 2020, 5:53pm:
"Hi, we apologise for the vehicles arriving late, after checking the tracker vehicles were sat stationary at the pick up point 6 minutes after the required time.. I was in contact on the morning advising where the vehicles were on the tracking device. Drivers had the address provided but when checking with the organiser this had changed and each group/vehicle organiser had different address of the destination. As the drivers were unable to stay at the destination due to parking restrictions they passed a mobile number on so they could be contacted when you were ready to be picked back up for the return. Obviously the tracker and drivers reports are different to yours and can only presume their has been some slight miscommunication on the day which we apologise for from any on our side of things. But we are always willing to work with customers to elevatate any problem as customer service is highly important and welcome feed back of any kind."

"the driver was over half an hour late there was no communication from the office when I rang I was told he was late due to overturned car on motorway when he arrived he told us that was a load of rubbish so no honesty from the office, we had rang the day before to check everything was ok and they assured us it was, but due to the bus being late they couldn't stop off in Beverley for a drink and breakfast cos they would have been late for the races. the Driver himself was pleasant and courteous just the company were not helpful or honest or communicative"

"Hi
We can only apologise for the vehicle turning up late but i can assure you the reason was due to an overturned car on the M18 which was causing traffic problems on the M1 southbound. I was also stuck in this traffic and could see the other coach in the distance.
