"DEFIANTLY WILL BE USING THIS COACH COMPANY AGAIN. COACH PICKED US UP ON TIME GOING AND ON OUR RETURN JOURNEY. VERY CLEAN, AND COMFORTABLE . DRIVER VERY SMART AND VERY HELPFUL. ONE OF OUR PARTY LOST HIS WALLET. WASNT SURE IF HE HAD LEFT IT ON THE COACH. SO NEXT DAY TELEPHONED THE DRIVER FOR HELP AND HE HAD PASSED THE WALLET TO THE OFFICE. SO WE THANK THE DRIVER BEN EMMS FOR HIS HONESTY."

"The bus was of a very high quality and took our party to Manchester Airport from Glasgow and back in comfort. Mihir our driver was very professional and courteous. I'm very happy to recommend Sounds Travel to others."

"The driver was excellent and the coach comfortable. Just as well because the rest of our experience with Sounds Travel was not good. Communication was bad. Whenever I send a message I had to follow up with a phone call to get an answer. The coach arrived about half an hour late. We were further delayed because the satnav took us in a roundabout way. (Why was the driver not using Waze or Google maps?)This caused us to be late for our barge cruise. Our cruise had to be shortened because there was another booking after us. The day after our return I emailed Sounds Travel to complain and ask for compensation. This is a week ago and not surprisingly have not heard anything from Sounds Travel. Will not use this company again."

"Both journeys went entirely to plan - our driver arrived exactly on time, and was very easy to contact re: arranging a specific pickup point at the end of a very busy festival. The vehicle was also exactly as described when the booking was made. Highly recommended!"
