"really nice and supportive driver, was 35 minutes late arriving meaning late setting off however agreed to set of late coming back so good for us and we could do this. coach was very clean and comfortable and journey was very smooth."

"We had a good experience with Sounds Travel, we had booked for a wedding and the coach was to take people from church to venue. Everyone said that the coach idea was great however we have one complaint - the full balance for the coach was paid prior to the wedding day and the driver tried to chase payment from the father of the bride on the day (who had no idea of this but thankfully did not hand over any cash). Since the wedding day we have not heard from Sounds - leading me to believe there may have been an admin error with the acknowledgement of payment. We had a good experience overall."

The driver asking for payment was a mistake by us as we were busy (no excuse) and it wasn't taken off the job sheet by our director. We have changed our systems to hopefully stop this from happening again. We hope you had a great day."
