"No journies are perfect, so much is outside the control of the organiser and the bus driver, but our driver coped well with having to change bus at the last minute, the parking up of roads around our collection point and the general traffic problems that come with travelling on a Friday. The driver was professional, affable and pleasant. He believed he would be dropping us off at the set out time which was due to a misreading of the instructions. You would never have believed that this was the case from the way he behaved towards us. He continued to behave in the same manner. as before. This I consider exceptional The bus was clean, pleasant and totally adequate. I rarely give five stars because events like this occur and then I need that extra star for someone who has gone above and beyond."

"Coach turned up dead on time and set off just as planned, Fantastic Coach and all passanger where impressed, The Driver David was GREAT, really helpful and drove the coach really well, Like I've already said the coach was 1st class. Next time I plan another trip Sounds Travel will be my first port of call."

"All great apart from initial hiccup when coach was late arriving. However driver more than made up for the less than perfect start. Really helpful and friendly firm to deal with. We travelled to beyond Preston and then narrow windy roads to Bretherton - we felt comfortable and safe. Thank you - you helped ensure a group of very mature ladies had a great day out"
