"My overall experience with the company was just satisfactory, the price was the cheapest, but I cannot stress how Disappointed i was with the lack of communication between us and Panda coaches. They do not respond to messages on your site and payments do not get confirmed. And what makes it worst is that you don’t receive driver details at all until the moment he lands his coach next to your school, so if he is late you panic! The two stars I am giving are solely for Freddy, the driver, who was polite and professional. The coach of the first journey was quite good however the return journey coach had no usb jack, no chargers and was smaller from inside."
