"Awful - avoid at all costs. If I could give zero stars I would. Communication was terrible from the offset, vehicle was 1.5 hours late in the early hours of the morning to pick up, leaving us stood in the city centre in the cold waiting around. Pick up was 5 hours late!! I don’t even know how this is possible and I am at lack of words. Vehicle was old and tired. Lack of AC. Screws sticking out of armrests (unbelievably dangerous) In short, don’t use."

"I had to call the company to confirm the journey and it took far too many times to get in touch with both company and driver. The driver arrived late. The coach was old and sounded as if it was due to break down at any given moment. There was an awful smell of weed that overtook the bus and had us worried that the driver was under the influence. It’s also not professional given the fact I was travelling with children as young as four. Luckily, the driver arrived earlier than our return time; and he himself was lovely. His driving was great. It was the actual coach that let the journey down and I will not be using again."

"The driver was polite and helpful, arrived on time for both parts of our journey. The journey was smooth and we made good time. The coach however, smelled truly awful, presumably from the onboard toilet (which we kept well away from). The floors of the coach were full of rubbish, dirty and sticky. I would recommend Odyssey Journeys but please clean this coach!"

"Unfortunately, this booking was an absolutely huge mistake on our part. We booked this company to take the majority of our wedding guests to and from our wedding earlier this month. Everything seemed to be fine with our booking and a few days before our wedding, we rang up to double check everything was still booked and in place ahead of the day. We were told all was well and still going ahead. On the day of our wedding, the driver was due to pick guests up at 11:45am. By 11.50, we had received communication from our guests that the coach still had not arrived. It was an extremely windy day and it was pouring with rain, so we were a little worried. We rang up and finally made contact with the driver, who sounded extremely groggy and confused on the phone when we asked where he was. Almost like somebody who has only just woken up and had no idea he was meant to be at work. After some back and forth debate, the driver said he would be a few minutes. No attempt at any excuse. Eventually, the driver turned up for our guests a full hour later than originally agreed. This meant our wedding was delayed and we had to commence the ceremony later than planned (which of course impacted the rest of the day). We were so incredibly disappointed and embarrassed. This type of service is absolutely unacceptable, especially given the occasion we feel. To make matters worse, when the driver returned in the evening to drop our guests back off at the same pick-up location as the morning, the driver got lost of the return journey, and one of our guests had to help give directions. For a company whose sole job is to transport people to and from various locations, timeliness and a knowledge of the local area (or at least the ability to use a navigation system) seem fairly imperative. We were failed on both of the above points. If you’re wondering whether to book this company for your next journey, please don’t bother. Waste of money and time. We won’t make the same mistake again."

"Overall we were very disappointed with the coach as it arrived late leaving our wedding guests standing in the rain, the coach was filthy with rubbish and dust all over the floor and there was a very strong smell of vomit."
