"The firm called ahead to make sure of the arrangements and confirm the drivers name.. The driver (Phill Daley) was friendly and very helpful. Overall, we got the service you want from a minibus firm: Friendly driver, clean minibus, turns up on time and gets you there safely. "Unfortunately our holiday was cancelled due to the pandemic, but Great Wyrley travel have transferred our deposit over to 2022 with no increase enabling us to pay the balance for next year with no additional charge and they have been kind enough to enquire that this is what we are still happy to go ahead with and our general welfare, thank you both, you stay safe too. A very kind and caring company."
