"The journey went very well and the driver was friendly and helpful , also the drive felt very smooth . The pick up and drop off were all on time . The bus was comfortable and plenty of room and ideal for our group. However several people mentioned to me that the toilet didn't smell clean so they wouldn't use it and the door didn't close very well so it kept banging open and shut . As we had stops arranged on both legs of the journey it wasn't too much of an issue as the people who wanted to use it visited a toilet at a petrol station where they didn't need to do the walk from the coach park at the services . Without this issue I would have given a 5 star rating as overall it was a good experience and we had a great day out"

"The outward journey was okay however the driver did seem to take the long route to our destination. The return journey was great, we arrived back to our destination in the required time, Overall the coach was clean and tidy. Will use again and will definitely request our home bound driver for another journey."

"Loved the Bus! So clean and tidy we went to a vineyard in Kent long drive but well worth it. Darren is so patient. We will be using them again. Only downside is the speakers on the bus weren’t that loud."
