"Excellent from start to finish, both outward and return journeys in luxurious new coaches. Both drivers were on time, the return even picked us up earlier when we had a last minute flight change. Knowing we were cruise passengers helped as they sent a larger coach to accommodate the extra baggage too. 23 passengers all happy and impressed with 5 stars professionalism. Coach comparison were really good to deal with too, I called twice, once really early, 2am and they answered, amazingly helpful and definitely needs praise for customer service. Will definitely use both Coach comparison and 5 star cars again."

"Car was fine but I paid an extra £50 to upgrade the bus from a 16 seater to. 19 seater but the bus that came was a 16 seater. As expected we had to carry the smaller bags on our knees. I will be requesting a refund of the £50 paid. Please repay using the payment details Mrs E A Bisson"
