"The bus was 45 minutes late. We had arranged to meet them at 8:30, but they arrived at 9:15. So we had to push the whole event 45 min. The driver looked good and seemed like a nice person, but he didn't have enough patience and was a bit rude when looking for the venue and he didnt leave the team at the door of the train station when returning. The vehicle was clean and was confortable"

"The drivers were amazing and super professional. They were fully accomodating to the booking and despite not having the additional stop logged in on their document sheet, they still helped us sort it out and pick up people at the spot. The coach was in great condition and very comfy. We are looking forward to using CMAC again next week. Thank you so much"

"My experience with CMAC has been absolutely horrible. My driver went to the completely wrong location and wasted 4 hours of our time - completely ruining our trip. Even worse he did not communicate with us nor the company and when I reached out to customer service for a refund I was offered a measly £100 after having paid over £2000. For a full length account read below: My trip was a disaster due to the driver making the mistake of driving us to the wrong destination - which was 45 minutes away from our target destination. When we had finally arrived to our target destination, but we missed our ferry, next ferry was after 4 hours This lead to me and the 56 other people on the coach having to wait 4 hours for the next ferry with many of the passengers - including children - complaining about the long time wait, caused by the driver’s mistake of taking us to the wrong place. Once we had taken the next ferry, we arrived to the Isle of Wight around 5 and all the places we wanted to go were closed between 4 and 5pm leading us to waste a whole day out to just sit on a coach with no places to see."
