"The journey into London took much longer than planned as the driver, using Tom Tom, took us into Richmond after the M3 to go to the Tower of London. Sadly we had to get off the coach at Earls Court and get the tube for the final part of the journey. However, the driver arrived on time for the return journey and that went without hitch. The driver was most courteous throughout. The coach was very clean and comfortable. Highly recommended."
