"Absolutely terrible. Driver arrived half an hour late for a trip from Oxfordshire to Clapham Junction. He then proceeded to stop at Earls Court as his “designated time” was up and kicked everyone off the bus. Unbelievable that a bus service can’t complete a simple job of picking people up at a time and drop them off where they have asked to go. Secondly, they increased their quote by 25% after I had paid the deposit and missed the single email invoice just because they had other jobs they could do and make more money. Appalling company."
