"We had Mike drive a group of hens to Newcastle last weekend and we couldn’t recommend him enough! He was very friendly, helpful, punctual and nothing was too much trouble for him. The 16 seater mini bus was very clean, comfortable and the air con was definitely useful during the heat wave! The journey was smooth both ways and Mike let us stop off at the services when we needed a pit stop. Would highly recommend using TravelSafe. "We made really great time to our destination. Driver was helpful and polite when we had to stop once at the services. Graham called me the evening before to confirm the details and he was responsive during the booking process and helpful in accommodating a couple of changes that I made prior to departure. My only minor niggle was that I asked for the driver to call me when he arrived at the pick off location on the day of departure and he didn't call. We were unaware he had arrived as the venue has multiple entries and exits. When I called the main number I was informed that the driver had been waiting for quite some time as he'd arrived 1 hour before the agreed departure time. We had an illness within our group at the emd of the weekend and Graham did everything possible to try and accommodate an earlier time for us to leave. The driver even made an individual drop off to help us out. Would definately recommend travel safe and use them again."

"The vehicle was clean and comfortable, and the driver was very accommodating. However he got the first pick up address wrong resulting in half of our party having to get a taxi for an hours journey to try and make up time. As we had events booked for certain times this did make us late and it did cause me some stress as the organiser. The driver did reimburse the cab fare. However wouldn’t knock any other money off for the inconvenience. Apart from this the rest was good."
