"Graham and Craig were both extremely helpful, smart and friendly. The vehicles were both spacious, clean and very comfortable. Pick up times were flexible as we weren't 100% sure of our itinerary at time of booking. Nothing was too much trouble and I would highly recommend them and will be using myself again."

"Phil turned up to collect our hen party right on time. The vehicle was immaculate, we was able to play our own music which was good. Stopped off a few time no complaints from driver. He got us to Liverpool safely, dropped us right to the door and helped us which our luggage. Our return journey again he was very prompt on picking us up. Was so friendly we will definitely use again and would recommend to others."

"Would definitely recommend Travelsafe. Great communication before travelling and no problems changing pick up address. Arrived on time. The mini bus was clean and comfortable and plenty room for us. Driver was very polite. We changed our pick up time by an hour and our driver kept in Contact with us the next day letting us know when he would arrive. Brilliant service and we will definitely use Travelsafe in the future. Thank you."

"We travelled with travel safe from Liverpool to Edinburgh and then back again and I couldn’t fault it at all. The bus was spotlessly clean with plenty of room for all of the 12 passengers. The driver Laura was excellent! There was fantastic communication between her and myself and I never felt unsure as to what was happening. She allowed for plenty of stops there and back and we could eat / drink on the mini bus which was brilliant! I would definitely use travel safe again and recommend it to others."

"Journey outbound went well but on return the driver wasn’t very helpfull and my party of 12 had to walk over 2 mile to meet the driver which was unacceptable as we paid up front and gave a good tip. The bus was very clean and comfortable."
