"I could not rate this company highly enough. It's the second year we have booked them to take our running group back to Morpeth from the Great North Run. Everyone I've spoken to in the office has been fantastic and so helpful. Booking is easy and their communication with me was perfect. On the day, there were alot of adverse circumstances including torrential rain and loss of phone signal meaning we couldn't contact everyone due to be on the bus, stressful. It was so brilliant to have a spotless, warm, comfortable coach and a lovely driver who helped keep me calm. Adam was kind, helpful and professional and had local knowledge of the area which made getting away through closed roads much better than it would have been. He was also very accommodating, he collected bottles of water and recovery bags I had dropped off from the office to put on the bus, and also was happy to open the doors to let my latecomers on halfway up the road when we were stuck in traffic. You really saved the day, Phoenix! I will rebook for next year and will highly recommend this company to friends and family."
