"The journey went very smoothly, driver took us as close to the destination as he could (the journey was booked for a big concert so there was road closures). Driver was well on time and was happy to wait for us to come out of the concert at the end of the night even though we took a while with the huge crowd. Driver was sound with us. The vehicle was clean and comfortable. No complaints"

"Absolutely disgusted with this company , coach was not fit for purpose and shouldn't be on the road, there was nowhere to put luggage except on empty seats which is dangerous and has to be illegal, coach was meant to have reclining leather seats it didn't , driver was very unhelpful and never left his seat to open doors or help with with cases, worse still he was over an hour late on our return to Birmingham airport and we nearly missed our flights , disgraceful company and I'd advise people to look elsewhere ,"

"5 out of 5 couldn't of asked for a better driver. Let me know what was going on in my journey with traffic and change route to make it quicker and he was very helpful the vehicle was clean and even let us keep car seats on the vehicle and other things if we needed. would 100% use the company again"

"Fantastic service, pick up was on time, driver was knowledgeable of the area and friendly. We requested to move the Pick-up time for the return journey from 9pm to 11pm, which Midland Coaches were happy to do, for no additional charge. At pick up time of 11, coach arrived at agreed location, and then proceeded to drive a further 30 minutes around Birmingham to collect passengers from the party who had got lost. This again incurred no additional charge. The driver on the return journey had to deal with 14 fairly inebriated individuals, which he did well, allowing us to sing (poorly) to every song that was on the 80s playlist that was on. Could not fault their service, and their price was unbeatable, being the cheapest of 11 coach companies that I received quotes from. Will definitely use this service again in future."
