"The journey to Blackpool was most enjoyable and comfortable, the driver called Danny Buchanan was helpful ,very pleasant,and interacted with his passengers..Unfortunately the driver on the way back was off hand ,miserable, didn't make eye contact with us and we felt we were an inconvenience to him,so much so I don't even know his name, dark hair and glasses,,he should really work on his people skills...."

"Bus was 30 mintues late I had to call bus company they said bus had a flat tire so sent coach - made us late for activity that we booked. Bus was not clean seats and fold down table was dirty luckily we had anti bacteria wipes with us bus enough to happen any other time but more so with covid. But toliet seemed not to be working when one of tje girls mentioned to diver he suggested for her to put a bottle down and plunch it down which for one why should the person who hired the bus do this surley that is the drivers job to check next minute he shouted to check as should be working now so my only guess is he never pressed the bottom to active the system in the first place. We asked the driver to drive straight to blackpool as we where already behind with it being late but he said he had to stop due to tracker which I couldnt understand as I am sure its more than 5 hour 30 mintues you are allowed to drive without brake meaning he could have easily took his brake at blackpool. On way home I called to make sure they would be at blackpool for 2 got told yes defo as driver was leaving at half9 am Bus didnt show up until after half 2 again with me caliing to find out where it was. Price wise they worked out the best price hence why we went with them but still for £850 I would have excepted it to be clean."
