"We used MAKYS logistics for 8 journeys into central London, the driver was fantastic keeping in touch with timings and drop off/ pick up points. We are a company working with people with learning disabilities and the driver was understanding and accommodating if there were any delays. He was very friendly. There was one week where unfortunately the minibus broke down and MAKYS were unable to complete our journey, however, the driver communicated with us early in the morning and kept us updated giving us plenty of time to find alternative transport. He also did not charge us for this journey. We were very satisfied with the customer service from MAKYS and will be looking to use them again in the future!"

"There were a group of 10 of us travelling to and from Gatwick airport. We were being picked at Orpington at 9 am. We arrived at 8.15 am and driver Khurram was already there. We all found him very helpful and polite. He loaded and unloaded all of our luggage both ways.all. The vehicle was a 16 seater minibus and it was clean and comfortable.. On our return journey from Gatwick we had the the same minibus, and driver Kurram again. He was at the airport early waiting for us. The drive both ways was very smooth and very professional. I highly recommend MAKYS. It is easy booking with them, the communication is excellent and they are very reliable. We will definitely be using them again."

He picked everyone up on time and the journey was smooth, the bus was clean and comfortable. The driver allowed us decorate the bus as it was Halloween and seemed happy to have music on for the duration of the journey. "I was really impressed with the service, I used Makys to help transport our learners to a training course and before I can book a taxi bus I had to see all the insurance information the director of the company was happy to help. I checked it all and it was good, so we book them in. The driver was great he arrived early and waited for us, the bus great condition, clean and safe. Again on the return trip the driver was there waiting for us so very reliable. The owner really takes pride in his company. I can recommend this company and we will be using them again."
