"Unfortunately I did not had the opportunity to avail their services for travelling bcos of the very unfortunate pandemic crisis COVID19 across the globe. I planned my trip to UK from 17 June to 23 August for a friend and family union as I had spent 10 years of my life in UK. So wanted to catch up with my old buddies and few family members. I had booked MAKYS for my travelling services across the UK as I found their prices very reasonable. But due pandemic CVID19 crisis I had to cancel my trip to UK amid concern over my family's health and need of the hour. I discussed the issue with MAKYS management and asked them for a refund. I was very much delighted that they did my refund without putting me in any awkward moment. I must appreciate their work ethics as they surely knows how to provide best customer satisfaction even if customers has not used their services yet. Thumbs up MAKYS and may God Almighty Allah save Ur team and people of UK from this deadly pandemic situation. Ameen."

"I cannot rate MAKYS Logistics & Events enough. Prior to our trip there was excellent communication with our driver Khurram. On the day he turned up early but was happy to wait. He was smart in his appearance and so very helpful, nothing was too much trouble. The vehicle was clean and comfortable and Khurram drove very well and we all felt very safe. I would definitely recommend."

"Khurram provided a top class service. He communicated well beforehand so I had no worries about the trip. We'd asked him to take a party of 16/17 year olds to Heathrow airport, departing at 3.30am. Khurram arrived really early so that the teens wouldn't be waiting in the pouring rain - so thoughtful! He prioritised safety, punctuality and professionalism but was also polite, considerate and friendly. The party had a very comfortable journey. I cannot recommend Khurram and his company highly enough. Thank you!"
