"Khurram is a lovely man, he had great customer service and hospitality and makes sure his guests / clients are prepared and feeling safe. Unfortunately due to Covid-19 we were unable to take our trip with Khurram. I was taking young people to an outdoor activity but we were no longer able to go. Khurram was happy to accommodate and was great in handling the situation. I will be sure to keep him in mind for any other journeys."

"We booked MAKYS for a very long day trip, 6:30am-10pm. Driver Khurram was at pick up point waiting for us before 6:30, the bus is very clean and tidy. We booked a return trip from London to Brighton with 1 stop in between the journey. Khurram was waiting for us to finish what we were doing patiently the whole day. He was very polite, very knowledgeable on the routes and he drove safely too. It was a very hot and long day with a lot of waiting around, Khurram was very professional the whole time, he even offered to help us to load the bus. I'd strongly recommend his service, MAKYS reliable company."

"We booked with MAKYS Logistics & Events for early May 2020 for our trip to London. However, due to COVID-19, we had to postpone until the lockdown is lifted. MAKYS were quick to respond to our request and even without us mentioning offered to return the full payment we had made. Very friendly staff. We will continue booking with MAKYS."

"The journey was pleasant and comfortable. The driver turned up on time wearing gloves and a mask due to the corona virus which was assuring. Assisted with the family and luggage but maintained social distancing. Offered hand sanitiser at the start of the horney. Maintained a pleasant conversation and provided update with the current on goings as we had travelled from abroad. The mini bus was clean and warm and felt it been disinfected. The driver dropped us in front of the door and again assisted with the luggage. The charges had been agreed at the time of the booking and a proper invoice with payment details was sent via email. Overall a good experience in a difficult and unprecedented time we are all going through. Will use them again without any hesitation."
