"Despite that we did not end up using the service due to our festival being cancelled, MAKYS provided a 5* service from start to finish. Their communication was always extremely prompt and easy to get hold of and my questions were always answered. My quote was extremely reasonable for the journey requested and there were no hidden fees. I am gutted that we were unable to fulfil our service due to the cancellation of our festival but I will definitely be coming back to MAKYS when in need of a coach service.
