"Unfortunately the coach broke down on its way to us which delayed our start by about an hour. Having said that, the driver Chris made good time so the delay was not too bad. He made sure his breaks fitted in with our travel schedule and kept in touch with our lead teacher at all times. He was polite, friendly and very professional. She could not praise him highly enough."
