"I've been on few lovely day trips. Kings Norton coaches turn up on time. The driver is always friendly. I only started using them this year. I've got a few more booked for this year. I'm definitely going to do more next year & years to come. I seat there & enjoy the ride. Definitely going to recommend them. Maybe 1 day they may do weekends away."

"Good, coach arrived on time, very pleasant driver, informative and friendly. Smartly dressed. Journey well organised everything ready and times kept to schedule. Vehicle was good but seat belts uncomfortable and difficult to fit. As an older person found these very hard."

"Prompt pick up, polite and courteous driver full of humour and very sociable. Very helpful to all passengers not just myself. Vehicle temperature was fine for me, others were cold but once the heating was on they were satisfied and I was just super toasty , but no complaints. KNC can't be faulted as far as I'm concerned, always go the extra mile (lol and that doesn't mean they went down the wrong route )"
