"I just wanted to let you know what a great experience we (my pupils, staff and I) had on our day trip to London on Tuesday 1st October. This was greatly attributed to our coach driver, Pete. He was calm and cheerful throughout our journeys, made longer due to accidents on M40, and heavy downpours and thunderstorms in London."

"Firstly, I have only rated 5 starts due to the fact that there were no more to rate. I have personally arranged many of trips and outings in my line of work and I have honestly got to say, the service from the time of our booking was outstanding!! but I feel more importantly, Our driver 'Joe' was absolutely amazing, he drove us in a comfortable coach to Blackpool for our over night stay, he was punctual and professional at all times, furthermore to that, considering the cliental that we were travelling with and there specific needs, Joe adapted himself around them, Joe was extremely helpful and showed continuous care and compassion towards everyone involved in our trip, in our groups opinion Joe was the best coach driver ever!! Joe went above and beyond to ensure that everyone was safe, and comfortably seated before any journeys began, Joe's positive attitude and professionalism was second to none. Joe took the time in speaking with our people and showed them the upmost respect which stood out to my staff team as due to the peoples needs that is something that doesn't usually happen, as unfortunately our community seem to judge specific needs far to quickly. Joe was gain to join in with the banter and completely went the extra mile. In the future when we are planning any other outings we will definitely be booking with you guys again and be requesting Joe as our driver - if he is not available then I hope and I'm sure your other drivers will be as much as a credit to your company as Joe was. Our bus arrived on time and your driver was really good, he even brought a cardigan that was left on the bus last night back to us on his way to take the bus back today. I am sorry did not get his name , he is the guy who drove us to Copt Heath Golf Club last night could you please thank him for his kindness and for getting us to our venue and back home safely. We will definitely recommend your company to others. The whole process from quote through to the delivery of service was 1st class."

"An excellent day trip to Weston Super Mare yesterday with Steve, our brilliant driver. He looked extremely smart and his friendly professionalism ensured everything went to plan and on time. "Me and my daughter went on the Original Cotswolds Excursion yesterday, 16th May, and thoroughly enjoyed it. The driver Chris was well presented, polite and helpful. all the passengers loved him especially a guy called Cliff, aged 91, who is a regular traveller with you and knew the driver quite well. He kept the coach really clean and tidy and was cleaning it when we got back to the coach for our journey home. Chris is an asset to your company and we will be travelling with you again soon.
