"The vehicle was clean and comfortable and a good size for our party. Some staff decided to work and had enough space to be independent of colleagues. The driver was very polite and friendly and patient with that M6 traffic! We would certainly use Kings Norton Coaches again and thank them for their good customer care from booking through to journey."

"We had a wonderful trip with a coach full of Girlguides. Our driver Pete couldn't have been more helpful. He arrived early and helpfully took us to the services both directions. He was very knowledgeable about Warner Bros Studios, and helped us collect the tickets. Thanks to him the journey was smooth and comfortable. The booking staff were also very accommodating when we changed our coach size due to having more participants."

"Drivers were very smart, attentive and nothing was to much trouble. The vehicle was spotless and the whole day went to plan. Office team managed the booking very professionally."

"I would like to say a Massive THANK YOU.. for Saturday.. Gary was a fantastic driver, explained everything to us all and it was a lovely safe and comfortable journey, also Thank you to the office staff for dealing with all the time changes we made and questions. "It is amazing the difference an excellent driver with a great personality and driving skills and people skills makes to a coach trip. Pete has a great talent for putting people at ease and having complete confidence in his outstanding driving abilities. I thoroughly enjoyed the visit on Wednesday, 2nd October, to Canons Ashby. This National Trust property is so interesting and full of wonderful things, with knowledgeable and helpful staff. The day could not have been better. I do hope a return trip can by arranged. Thank you to EVERYONE at Kings Norton Coaches for the wonderful, happy visits to all National Trust places – memories are so precious. Thank you everyone who made this a truly happy day."

"I just wanted to let you know what a great experience we (my pupils, staff and I) had on our day trip to London on Tuesday 1st October. This was greatly attributed to our coach driver, Pete. He was calm and cheerful throughout our journeys, made longer due to accidents on M40, and heavy downpours and thunderstorms in London."
