Driver was very effecient, an excellent driver and very caring and helpful towards his passengers, in fact he went over and beyond his duties, as I noticed a lady with her arm in a sling, and he endeavoured to make sure her belt was on before travel. He was very smartly dressed. The coach was clean and comfortable."

"My friends and I have returned today from the Christmas from the Christmas Extravaganza in Norwich. We all thoroughly enjoyed the trip, The journey was good , our driver Pete was smartly dressed and very efficient and helpful. The coach was clean and Pete kept it a a comfortable temperature for us telling us to let him know if we were too hot or cold."
