"Yesterdays trip to Beaulieu was lovely, journey was great, air conditioning worked a treat as we travelled the roads on our way down south. The driver Bill (professionally and smartly dressed) took us through the New Forest on the way there and on the way back nice thought. Beaulieu was lovely and I thoroughly recommend the trip, it has a little bit of everything. House/palace, treasures, history, connections to the war, Church, ruins, gardens, childrens play area and a motor museum. We caught part of a falconary display and a war enactment too. Cafe and restaurant available for those that wanted sustinence. Loads going on. KNC got us there and back safely."

"I and my partner have been travelling with kings Norton coaches for quite a few years now. Most of us as regular customers get to know each other, we are like a regular traveling family. On all our trips the drivers have been polite, and helpful at all times, and are of smart appearance thus promoting the company well. All the vehicles are clean and tidy. Unfortunately the new coach I find the aisle way is very narrow and the seating is a little uncomfortable no comfortable padding in the seats. This year the company have started a new idea called Lucky Bum. The driver has a bag of 52 numbers, a random number is picked and whoever is sitting in that seat wins a voucher for £25 to spend on a trip. The company also have a scheme where all customers gain loyalty points which can be used as a form of discount on future trips. Both excellent ideas. Well done Kings Norton coaches."

"The journey to Heartbeat Trip Goathland and Whitby was very good. Me and my parents had a great time at both places with plenty of time to explore both places. Our driver Mick was funny and entertaining throughout the journey. His appearance was very clean and he was very helpful in explaining how long we would be spending at each location. Mick is one of the best drivers at King's Norton Coaches. Yes the vehicle was extremely clean and comfortable. We would love to continue to have Mick as our driver on any day trips we come along on."

"Use Kings Norton coaches for day trips several times a year. The driver is always well dressed and polite. The coaches are comfortable. The passengers are friendly. The destinations are interesting, although occasionally too much time is given for the visit. We have several more trips booked with them this year and are looking forward to them."
