"The journey was great , Steve our driver was the best, kept us well informed about everything and was very pleasant and funny, the coach was a bit dated it had no Wi-Fi or trays and wasn’t as comfortable as the one we had when we went to “Downton Abbey “ a month before but still was a fabulous day out"

"In itself journey to Hay OK and coach clean/comfortable. The drivers Appearance was good, however, we were hoping to have been able to alight in Hay Town to sightsee. Last year, the passengers had the choice to stop at the festival or go to the Town. Both of us were told that if we left the festival site, we could catch the Shuttle Coach to the Town and return to the Festival Site and pay £5 which was an extra expense. So with no choice we stayed at the Festival."

"He Journey was great . Comfortable coach and driver kept us updated at all times . Kept checking if air conditioning was ok . Did we need Turning up/ down etc . Driver Steve was very friendly and helpful . He was smart in his uniform and well turned out . Saw him assisting some passengers with mobility issues and asked if anyone had a queries or questions . Advised drop of points and where was going next . Fab day out and professional company . Seatbelts were a bit hard to pull out but other than that no issues with coach was clean and comfortable."
