"Sorry to let you know that we were put into big trouble both ways!! The Coach turned up more than two hours late when they came to pick us up from Rayner's Lane! We arrived at our destination very late around 2 am! causing inconvenience to our families, particularly to the elderly and children! On the way back the coach arrived 2 hours late and ended up arriving back very late causing inconvenience to all. We had to pay for our late check-out at the property. The Driver appearance was good. The vehicle was clean and comfortable."
